Affiliz is a SaaS platform for affiliate marketing, designed to simplify and optimize affiliate content management for content creators and media companies.

Bank leverage and fundraising

Dynergie supported the development of Affiliz's SaaS platform via a BPI loan, followed by a CII. Anticipating a fund-raising of around one million euros, our experts steered Affiliz towards private bank and BPI financing.

our answer

Tailor-made bank financing strategy

Calibration of needs: Initial meeting with Affiliz founders to identify financial needs and define expectations vis-à-vis private banking contacts and BPI.

Selection and preparation: Careful selection of private banks as potential partners and meticulous preparation for meetings, optimizing the founders' time.

Drafting the banking memorandum: A detailed banking memorandum was drawn up to clearly explain the Affiliz project to private-sector and BPI financial partners, making it easier for them to understand and support the project.

Strategic discussions: Engaging in strategic negotiations with selected contacts, in close collaboration with Affiliz founders, to align interests and objectives.

Follow-through to agreement: Rigorous monitoring and ongoing support of discussions with private financial parties and BPI, guaranteeing progress towards a favorable agreement.

Validation and signature: Final validation of the agreement to ensure that it meets Affiliz's needs, leading to signature and acquisition of the funds needed to develop the platform.

The success of this project.
