digiSchool

Leader in digital education, digiSchool is a publisher of web and mobile educational applications. Their tools have now been adopted by more than 3 million users per month in France.

To help young people in the success of their educational path.

Education is the pillar of a society.

As the years go by, usage changes. Students are struggling to find user-centric solutions that will allow them to move towards success and the most suitable orientation.

Distributing educational resources accessible to all is the ambition of digiSchool.

That is why their teams wanted to work to maximize the impact of their solutions in order to :

  • Fight against school dropout.
  • Promote orientation and insertion into the world of employment.
  • Restore self-confidence and expand the field of possibilities.

To go from being a startup to a European leader.

As part of its development, digiSchool needed to structure its financial strategy in order to secure its innovation project.

our answer

Securing the CIR / CII

Our methodology was based on 3 pillars:

  • Understand the technical challenges of projects
  • Continuous monitoring of funding mechanisms and their evolution to increase funding opportunities.
  • Regular use of tax rescript to officially validate the CIR - CII eligibility of its projects, prior to its declarations.

The success of this project.

The results of an activation of various windows

- OSÉO: support for business creation 100k€ in 2008 and 240k€ in 2010

- Investment in the future: the program for higher education and research: 800K€ obtained

- Fundraising: support for fundraising: €3M raised in 2014 and €14M raised in 2016.

- Tax: global tax structuring: JEI status obtained, CIR & CII tax exemption, 100% validated tax audit.

To conclude.
