Bank financing in excess of 1 million euros

SEEDERAL

SEEDERAL is a fast-growing company, anticipating new financial needs to support its expansion.

Financing of R&D work and start of industrialization

As part of their fund-raising in April 2024, SEEDERAL's directors sought to maximize their financing by using bank leverage. This enabled them to complete their financing plan for the following two years, covering their research and development needs, as well as the start-up of their industrialization.

our answer

Bank financing in excess of 1 million euros

Dynergie's support was essential for SEEDERAL. It enabled us to redefine a single-phase financing strategy to secure the project. Dynergie also facilitated discussions with banking counterparts to coordinate and obtain a mutually acceptable agreement. At the same time, discussions were held with BPI to work on guarantees and secure this point for the banks.

The success of this project.

Credit approval in a single step

Thanks to Dynergie's support, SEEDERAL was able to obtain a credit agreement in a single phase, thus simplifying the financing process. The loan was granted in full as a medium-term credit.

Financing in excess of 1 million euros

Bank leverage enabled SEEDERAL to obtain financing in excess of 1 million euros, completing their financing plan for the next two years.

Establishing a solid banking pool

A banking pool has been set up to support SEEDERAL over the long term and meet its various future financial needs.

To conclude.

Dynergie's support has enabled SEEDERAL to secure crucial bank financing to support its R&D work and the start of industrialization. With a solid banking pool in place, SEEDERAL is well positioned to meet its future financial needs and pursue its growth.
