Revolutionizing electric mobility: Strategic and financial support

K-Motors' GreenBoost modules represent a revolutionary technology that reduces the battery size of electric vehicles by up to 50%, promising a major change in the sector.

On the strength of this innovation, K-Motors asked Dynergie to identify the key players ready to invest and demonstrate the technology's potential, with a view to integrating the electric mobility value chain.

The aim was therefore to speed up the marketing of GreenBoost and find the right financing to support development and meet market expectations.

our answer

360° support

Since 2020, Dynergie has provided K-Motors with 360° support for its innovation strategy, notably through :

GreenBoost business design: Identification of the solution's highest-potential value drivers and creation of an impactful presentation to convince customers and investors.

Sales acceleration: Implementation of a structured market approach to acquire new customers.

Response to the France 2030 call for projects: Identification of the call for projects, validation of the project's interest in it, then framing, structuring and submission of the dossier.

Tax support: Management of the Research Tax Credit for all K-Motors R&D work.

The success of this project.

Persuading investors.

The presentation of the solution by K-Motors and Dynergie experts convinced investors.

Fast acquisition.

K-Motors quickly signed up its first customer, a French manufacturer of commercial and industrial vehicles.

Key financial support.

The funding obtained thanks to our nomination as winner of the France 2030 call for projects, and the securing and maximization of the CIR over the last 3 years, have significantly accelerated and supported the project.

To conclude.

We set up a financing infrastructure to help start-ups benefit from public funding, while keeping in mind that sales remain the main objective. No amount of funding, public or private, can replace the importance of customer revenues.

Nelson Lukes

Manager and Founder

We have benefited from Dynergie's support, from the "right idea" on a PowerPoint presentation to securing a partnership with a major industrial player in our business sector, from advice on my positioning as a manager to support in raising our first funds. Dynergie's strength lies in its knowledge of THE method for financing and developing innovation, drawing on experts in each field of competence and respecting the right timeframe according to the maturity of the project.
