  • Control their ecosystem,
  • Secure their investments and developments,
  • Optimize their strategy.

The innovation process

At Dynergie, we apply a fluid, efficient innovation process designed to turn your ideas into market successes. This approach is based on three key stages: emergence/conceptualization, testing and deployment.

Emergence / Conceptualization

In the emergence and conceptualization phase, our experts work closely with you to shape the founding idea of your innovative offering. By carefully analyzing your ambitions and carrying out market research, they are able to design a concept that meets the needs of your target audience. This phase is the essential foundation on which the success of your future innovation rests.

Direct field testing

In this second stage, the innovative concept is put to the test. Based on market tests, the appeal and viability of your offer to the target market are assessed. This second type of market research enables you to gather valuable data and adjust your strategy according to the actual reactions of potential customers, thus minimizing risks and maximizing the chances of successful deployment.

Deployment

In the deployment phase, you take action to bring your innovation to market. At every stage, our teams support you with ongoing testing and fine-tuning to ensure that your product or service meets market expectations and finds its place in the competitive ecosystem. Working closely with you, our teams aim to ensure the lasting success of your innovation, maximizing its impact and profitability.

What's the difference between studying and testing?

Market research analyzes the characteristics, trends and behavior of a specific market or sector of activity. Its aim is to understand consumer needs, preferences and behavior, as well as the competitive, technological and legal environment.

Secondly, a market test involves the direct confrontation of an innovative concept with future customers or partners. This is done through marketing and sales experiments designed to assess the market's interest in the concept, its commercial potential, and to gather information to improve the product or service (target, value, UX, UI, price, functionalities, etc.).

This is why the timing is different: market studies are generally carried out during the emergence phase, while market tests take place during the validation and deployment phase.

Les types d'études réalisées lors des tests de marché se concentrent principalement sur des études quantitatives ou qualitatives. En revanche, pour une étude de marché plus traditionnelle, il est courant d'inclure des analyses concurrentielles, technologiques, et écosystémiques.

What are the 3 main functions of our market research?

Analysis of market trends and emerging technologies

The aim is to provide you with a clear vision of current dynamics, while identifying emerging innovations that could reshape the competitive landscape. To achieve this, scientific reports, specialized publications and existing market studies are analyzed to capture the relevant data needed to formulate your new offering.

Understanding evolving customer needs

We engage in in-depth discussions with your current and potential customers and partners. These discussions take various forms, such as interviews, surveys or focus groups, and probe their expectations and concerns. By analyzing this data, our teams are able to identify emerging trends and guide your approach to meeting your customers' changing requirements.

Analysis of competition and technology typologies

We examine the competitive environment and the different types of technology available. The aim is to map the major players in your sector, evaluate their products and services, and understand their strengths and weaknesses. This in-depth analysis enables our experts to provide you with valuable information to help you position yourself strategically in the market and develop differentiated, innovative solutions.

What are the different types of market tests that can be carried out?

What are the 3 stages of a market test?

Innovation marketing & strategy definition

The first step is to define the hypotheses concerning the key elements you wish to identify. This step enables you to establish a clear strategy and action plan.

These assumptions cover :

  • Marketing your innovation: Value proposition, uses, ideal customers, partners, pricing
  • Market and customer knowledge: Objectives, expectations, needs, frustrations, competing solutions
  • Designing an MVP: a coherent solution for specific applications

Once this first stage has been completed, our experts prepare all the elements needed to present your offer for the tests: Landing page, speech, interview frames.

Test innovation in the marketplace

The action plan is then jointly implemented to gather all the information required to confirm or refute your hypotheses. Testing is carried out in an iterative way to enable optimizations based on what we've learned (value proposition, benefits, functionalities).

Analyze results and decide on a Go/No decision

Once the tests have been completed and all the necessary information gathered, the analysis of the results begins. Our experts confront each hypothesis to deduce the relevant conclusions. To do this, the results are cross-referenced with benchmark data obtained in fields similar to yours, to ensure correct interpretation of the results and to be able to provide you with strategic recommendations on how to proceed with your project.
