Bootcamps for innovative projects
Coaching tailored to your needs
As part of Radio France's intrapreneurship program, "L'Accélérateur", several projects initiated by employees are submitted to a jury each season, with a view to their realization.
To optimize the chances of success, Radio France asked Dynergie to coach the teams in the preparation and structuring of their projects. The partnership between Radio France and Dynergie aimed to provide personalized coaching, while providing all the elements necessary for success.
Customized workshops
Dynergie's experts provided coaching tailored to the teams' level of maturity, providing them with the elements they needed to succeed. It was crucial to get them to step back without altering the essence of their idea.
Initially, a preparatory meeting per team enabled the experts to discover and challenge the ideas, and prepare the teams for the bootcamp.
The teams then took part in an intensive half-day individual workshop, to delve deeper into the key issues of any innovation project: the problem, the target, the solution, the value proposition and the business model.
Finally, each team was given a report, summarizing their thoughts and the tools they had used, to enable them to review their work at their leisure and finalize all the elements for the next stage.

Projects on track
Despite varying levels of maturity, the teams successfully adjusted their projects, sometimes pivoting from the initial concept. The effectiveness of the workshops and the involvement of the teams are borne out by the fact that three projects continued after the program.
Delighted employees
Beyond the entrepreneurial experience, this coaching offers a human experience. Teams emerge with a clear vision of their project, and a sense of satisfaction and recognition for the coaching provided.

This mission enabled us not only to provide projects with the right ideas to maximize their chances, but also to train staff in innovation methodologies. Karima, our partner at Radio France, pointed out that this dual challenge had been met with flying colors.

Through our "L'Accélérateur" intrapreneurship program, we want to help spread the culture of innovation within our great and beautiful home of Radio and Music. It's always a pleasure for us to see our staff get into the Design Thinking game, and to see how a simple project idea submitted on a platform can evolve. The Dynergie team was able to convey and share the essentials of building a viable value proposition, and prepare our employees for the Accelerator Bootcamp. Our employees came away from this experience with new skills and a new methodology that they can apply in their day-to-day work, whatever their core business!
