A strategic study of industrial sectors
Dynergie supported ResiCare in this 3-stage strategic study:
1. An initial analysis to identify the best industrial applications based on the resin's characteristics and benefits, the regulatory and safety context, and the applications' business potential;
2. A quantitative survey of professionals in different sectors and countries, to identify pain points, weak signals, and the first sectors of interest for the offer;
3. Interviews with key players in sectors deemed to have high potential, in the company of ResiCare experts, with the aim of deepening hypotheses and confirming market potential.
The success of this project.
Over 130 returns.
The quantitative survey gathered more than 100 feedbacks, and the qualitative test allowed us to meet more than 30 professionals from all over the world and from various sectors.
3 priority markets identified.
The combination of the various stages of Dynergie's support has enabled us to identify 3 high-potential niche markets, where ResiCare's resin has great added value.
A development strategy.
From these lessons, a development strategy for these new markets was devised, supported by the first leads generated by interviews with professionals.
To conclude.
The close collaboration between the ResiCare and Dynergie teams made this mission a real success, providing a wealth of market insights and enabling the initiation of initial partnerships between ResiCare and players in the targeted sectors.
