Encouraging AI-driven innovation with a collaborative hackathon

Bouygues Bâtiment France wants to make artificial intelligence a new growth driver for its teams by identifying high value-added AI applications and solutions.

The organization of a hackathon was chosen as a method of stimulating innovation and consolidate internal dynamics on this new technology. Nine teams had to design innovative real estate projects in 24 hours, using the AI tools at their disposal.

Dynergie was called in to structure and run the event, and to ensure that the objectives in terms of deliverables and experience were met.
