Reducing methane emissions: a Europe-wide challenge

Against a backdrop of global warming, limiting methane emissions has become a growing concern during maintenance operations on gas pipelines. Strict European regulations aimed at eliminating methane emissions are currently being drawn up. In anticipation of this, GRTgaz has developed three innovative solutions to eliminate these emissions.

From innovation to commercialization: a strategic partnership

Dynergie guided GRTgaz through a three-stage strategic study:

‍Offer marketing: Dynergie developed an offer strategy, highlighting GRTgaz's solutions as crucial responses to environmental challenges. This approach emphasized the effectiveness of the solutions while highlighting competitive advantages.

‍Prospecting& Interviewing: Targeting three market segments, Dynergie conducted eight qualitative interviews on the first test, subsequently engaging in more in-depth discussions and meetings to present the innovations. On a second test, targeting a smaller audience but identified as high-impact following the first test, five interviews were conducted to refine the value proposition, and also leading to longer-term relationships with GRTgaz.

‍Positioning analysisand deployment strategy: Dynergie analyzed the positioning of GRTgaz's solutions, identifying competitive strengths and weaknesses. A deployment strategy was drawn up, defining optimal distribution channels and strategic anchor points to maximize impact.

The process generated 15 qualified leads expressing concrete interest in GRTgaz's solutions, demonstrating strong market demand.

Modeling an offer and a landing page.

Dynergie created a model offer and a striking landing page, laying the foundations for GRTgaz's website and facilitating effective communication of the benefits of the solutions.
