A revolution in internal and external communications at Orano

Orano organizes a number of high-impact events, both internally, such as the Orano Innovation Awards, and externally, such as the Hello Tomorrow Global Summit. The innovation department has identified a challenge in highlighting the Group's capacity for innovation, by maximizing audience engagement when its employees speak.

To meet this challenge, Orano asked Dynergie to train its teams in pitching and storytelling methods.

Development program

Dynergie has developed a two-mode training program for Orano: 

  1. Full-day face-to-face training focusing on the theory and practice of pitching and storytelling, followed by targeted training on participants' projects with collective and personalized feedback. 
  2. Accelerated 2-3-hour training sessions for two employees or a team, combining pitch theory, listening to the project, teaching the fundamentals, rehearsals and personalized advice.
