By 2022, Orange Business aimed to reorganize its innovation management to better leverage innovation internally and with its ecosystem.

The aim of this initiative was to redefine internal innovation processes, improve the organization and management of innovation, and effectively implement the new innovation operating model.

Defining and optimizing innovation

Dynergie initiated this two-pronged strategic approach at Orange Business.

Firstly, the structuring of the innovation department, including interviews with innovation leaders from major groups and in-depth benchmarking to capture trends and effective practices. This resulted in customized recommendations for an appropriate innovation strategy.

Secondly, Dynergie focused on the Customer Innovation Center at the request of Orange Business. The approach included a detailed analysis of internal user needs. Workshops were organized to clearly define the vision and organization of the center. Finally, a detailed structuring plan was drawn up."
